Prospect and win new commercial, industrial, and recycling business within an assigned territory. Manage pipeline from cold outreach to close, develop proposals and presentations, use Salesforce to document activity, meet revenue targets, upsell services, and build relationships with customer decision-makers. Represent the company at events and collaborate with sales leadership on opportunities.

Operate and maintain baling machinery and related equipment (including forklifts) to produce, weigh, and stage bales safely and efficiently. Perform routine preventative servicing, daily housekeeping, documentation/logging, and minor maintenance; follow PPE and lockout/tagout procedures. Load and transport bales, complete vehicle condition reports, and report operational issues to the MRF Manager.

Oversee daily operations within an assigned geographic area, supervise drivers/laborers, manage scheduling and safety, optimize routes/facilities, report performance metrics, and resolve operational and customer issues to maintain efficient, compliant service delivery.

Manage and grow mid-sized customer accounts to drive revenue by increasing penetration of services, negotiating and renewing service agreements, using Salesforce for activity tracking, addressing service issues with Operations, and building long-term customer loyalty through relationship-building and industry engagement.

Provides decision support to VPs, integrates operational KPIs into financial plans, supports M&A and strategic initiatives, ensures GAAP alignment, and builds dashboards and FP&A processes across multi-site, asset-intensive operations.

Manage and optimize shared-services accounts payable operations, leading the AP team, enforcing policies and controls, managing vendor relationships, driving automation and process improvements, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, accurate invoice processing and payments.
