Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized customers to drive revenue and retention. Use Salesforce to track activity, negotiate and renew service agreements, support pricing initiatives, address service issues with Operations, and participate in networking to expand account penetration.

Oversee daily operations within an assigned area, supervise drivers/laborers, ensure safety and operational efficiency, manage scheduling and staffing, optimize routes/facilities, report metrics, conduct assessments, and resolve customer or operational issues in real time.

Handle inbound and outbound phone, email, and chat support to resolve customer inquiries, orders, and complaints. Strive for first-contact resolution, update customer records, develop product knowledge, collaborate with team members, suggest process improvements, and participate in special projects while following company policies and schedule requirements.
