Prospect and win new commercial, industrial, and recycling business within an assigned territory. Manage pipeline from cold outreach to close, develop proposals and presentations, use Salesforce to document activity, meet revenue targets, upsell services, and build relationships with customer decision-makers. Represent the company at events and collaborate with sales leadership on opportunities.

Operate and maintain baling machinery and related equipment (including forklifts) to produce, weigh, and stage bales safely and efficiently. Perform routine preventative servicing, daily housekeeping, documentation/logging, and minor maintenance; follow PPE and lockout/tagout procedures. Load and transport bales, complete vehicle condition reports, and report operational issues to the MRF Manager.

Oversee daily operations within an assigned geographic area, supervise drivers/laborers, manage scheduling and safety, optimize routes/facilities, report performance metrics, and resolve operational and customer issues to maintain efficient, compliant service delivery.
