Provide inbound/outbound phone, email, and chat support to customers; resolve issues, update customer records, explain products/services, escalate when needed, and collaborate with team to improve processes and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized customers to drive revenue and retention. Use Salesforce to track activity, negotiate and renew service agreements, support pricing initiatives, address service issues with Operations, and participate in networking to expand account penetration.
