Supports monthly close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed asset accounting, expense reports, vendor setup, financial reporting, audits, and state/local filings. The role analyzes P&L results, maintains accounting documentation, improves processes, and collaborates cross-functionally. It requires strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, organization, communication, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Some regional travel is required.

Processes weekly payroll for more than 2,200 employees across multiple pay groups. Responsibilities include employee setup and terminations, time-entry review, leave payments, union deductions and contributions, payroll audits, tax compliance, garnishments, employment verifications, and employee inquiry resolution. The role maintains payroll records, supports policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and payroll deadlines.

Manage and grow relationships with existing mid-sized customers, drive revenue through service expansion, negotiate and renew profitable agreements, address retention risks, and maintain accurate account records in Salesforce. The role involves communicating value propositions, overcoming objections, monitoring market trends, collaborating with Operations on service issues, supporting pricing initiatives, and participating in networking events.
