Spend majority of time in the field coaching Regional Sales Managers, engaging key customers, closing complex deals, developing territory strategies, recruiting and developing sales talent, and monitoring pipeline and performance. Requires extensive travel to support customers and sales teams.

Manage and grow K-12 and early childhood accounts across a designated territory. Build relationships, secure new and repeat business, collaborate with internal teams, attend conferences, and drive territory sales strategy and execution.
