Coordinate end-to-end bid responses (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs): review solicitations, build and validate customer pricing, ensure compliance and on-time submission, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with sales, contracts, legal, and operations.

Lead and develop a Global Sourcing Operations team to execute strategic and operational plans. Oversee supplier onboarding, performance management, SOPs, compliance, sample routing, process improvement, system integrations, and deliver performance reporting to leadership while coaching and growing the team.

Lead and develop an inside sales team to hit quotas through coaching, hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Use Salesforce and reporting tools to manage funnel and metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain customer relationships in education markets, and handle administrative duties.
