Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using data from Salesforce, data lakes, warehouses, and BI platforms. Audit and validate reporting data, troubleshoot inconsistencies, document processes, and partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights and improve reporting workflows.

Leads the Planning function and end-to-end S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and revenue plans. Oversees buying, inventory positioning, safety stock strategy, distribution-center and retail availability, and planning KPIs. Manages six direct reports and a broader team of 20+ professionals while developing talent and driving continuous improvement. Advances SAP S/4HANA capabilities through automation, AI-enabled forecasting, and advanced analytics, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Analyzes customer behavior, sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to develop sales recommendations. Supports eProcurement initiatives, builds reports and dashboards, prepares executive presentations, and partners cross-functionally with Retail, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Manages strategic workstreams, tracks risks and progress, and communicates findings to leadership while handling sensitive business data.
