Teams at Lake of the Pines Association

Leads Administration, Environmental Control, and Recreation departments; manages staff, budgets, operations, communications, IT support, insurance renewals, and regulatory compliance. Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinates meetings, elections, annual member events, committee communications, and governance activities. Requires strong knowledge of California common-interest development, governing documents, and the Davis-Stirling Act, along with exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Control access to a private gated community, enforce rules, log incidents, dispatch patrols, monitor scanner/traffic, assist at incident scenes, handle high-volume calls, and perform security department duties across evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday 10-hour shifts.

Provide gated-community security: control access, patrol by vehicle/boat, log incidents, dispatch officers, issue citations, monitor scanners, assist at crime/accident scenes, answer phones, and document reports. Work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays; must de-escalate conflicts and perform various security duties as assigned.
