Own commercial operations for partner accounts, including invoice and commission reconciliation, contract registers, profitability reporting, dashboards, QBR preparation, sales handoffs, deal modelling, CRM hygiene, and process automation. The role partners with Finance and Data to ensure accurate reporting across markets, entities, currencies, and business segments while identifying discrepancies and improving operational workflows.

Provides customer support for bicycle insurance customers through web chat and email, assists with claims and bike replacement or repair coordination, supports B2B partners, gathers customer feedback, and collaborates with CX, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams. Requires English and German fluency, cycling technical knowledge, empathy, and strong written communication. The role is remote-first in the UK, but visa sponsorship is unavailable.
