Owns end-to-end delivery of complex AI and voice-agent deployments, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, launch, optimization, and stable production. Leads client stakeholder alignment, deployment planning, cross-functional coordination, scope management, user acceptance testing, and post-launch performance analysis. Translates deployment learnings into scalable playbooks and product recommendations while working hands-on with LLMs, prompts, integrations, and technical tools.

Own end-to-end technical delivery for client AI solutions, from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, optimization, and close. Lead technical discovery, translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation plans, manage roadmaps, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication, and coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Configuration teams. Support testing, validation, adoption, and post-launch optimization while using performance data and client feedback to confirm value and improve future implementations.

Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation tools for contact centers. Collaborate with developers and AI experts in an agile environment.

Design, operate, and improve secure, resilient, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure. Lead IaC practices, migrations, reliability engineering (SLOs/SLIs, DR, resilience testing), observability with Datadog/AWS services, incident response and remediation, cloud security/governance, and FinOps. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, documentation, and partner with architecture, security, and engineering teams to scale and optimize cloud environments.

Design and deliver customer-facing digital learning experiences for the Laivly product suite. Build eLearning modules, guides, videos, walkthroughs, and maintain knowledge base content. Train customers, gather feedback for product improvements, support partner enablement and sales enablement, and use AI tools to accelerate content creation while collaborating cross-functionally.

Execute and optimize paid media, email, and social campaigns to drive brand awareness and qualified pipeline. Build and manage HubSpot email programs and marketing automation, collaborate with Sales and agencies on ABM and paid initiatives, analyze performance across channels, and continuously improve campaigns and reporting.
