Own enterprise and SME customer relationships across implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Advise senior stakeholders on AI and automation, create account plans, lead discovery and business reviews, identify risks, drive issue resolution, and connect technical recommendations to measurable business outcomes. Collaborate with Technical Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Operations while representing customer needs internally. The role also includes mentoring junior CSMs and helping build the customer success function in a fast-moving startup.

Own end-to-end technical delivery for client AI solutions, from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, optimization, and close. Lead technical discovery, translate business requirements into solution designs and implementation plans, manage roadmaps, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication, and coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Configuration teams. Support testing, validation, adoption, and post-launch optimization while using performance data and client feedback to confirm value and improve future implementations.

Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation tools for contact centers. Collaborate with developers and AI experts in an agile environment.
