Own end-to-end enterprise sales for Lago's technical billing platform: qualify, run discovery, lead demos/POCs, negotiate contracts, map stakeholders, and feed product feedback. Build credibility with engineering and executive buyers while working from Paris with US exposure.

Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy Lago integrations. Own technical delivery for Tier 1 customers, create pipelines and automation, optimize billing and event processing, collaborate with support and core engineering, document best practices, and mentor customer teams.

Lead a squad owning a backend domain: stay hands-on with code and architecture, drive roadmap execution and sprint planning, own production health and incident response, triage customer issues, manage and onboard engineers, and improve squad processes and engineering excellence.

Serve as a product-focused customer-facing expert who guides prospects through demos, POCs, onboarding and integrations. Translate technical concepts (APIs, billing workflows) into actionable steps, drive customer success, collaborate with engineering/product/marketing, and champion Lago's open-source approach.
