Own end-to-end product features for a billing platform: discover, scope, implement, release, and iterate. Work with customers and cross-functional teams, contribute to product decisions, build reliable solutions, use AI to prototype and accelerate work, and engage with the open-source community on GitHub.

Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy Lago integrations. Own technical delivery for Tier 1 customers, create pipelines and automation, optimize billing and event processing, collaborate with support and core engineering, document best practices, and mentor customer teams.

Serve as a product-focused customer-facing expert who guides prospects through demos, POCs, onboarding and integrations. Translate technical concepts (APIs, billing workflows) into actionable steps, drive customer success, collaborate with engineering/product/marketing, and champion Lago's open-source approach.
