Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy Lago integrations. Own technical delivery for Tier 1 customers, create pipelines and automation, optimize billing and event processing, collaborate with support and core engineering, document best practices, and mentor customer teams.

Lead a squad owning a backend domain: stay hands-on with code and architecture, drive roadmap execution and sprint planning, own production health and incident response, triage customer issues, manage and onboard engineers, and improve squad processes and engineering excellence.
