Performs dimensional quality engineering for automotive components, including PolyWorks data analysis, dimensional reporting, SPC, Gauge R&R, measurement equipment validation, control plan and PFMEA development, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Supports product launches, process improvements, risk mitigation, and cross-functional quality initiatives while ensuring dimensional standards, documentation, KPIs, and safety requirements are met.

Leads multiple automotive manufacturing programs from initiation through completion, managing timelines, budgets, risks, resources, engineering activities, prototype builds, testing, validation, and milestone delivery. Coordinates cross-functional meetings, communicates status to teams and leadership, drives issue escalation and resolution, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and corporate procedures. Supports process improvement and collaboration within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier environment.

Owns commercial relationships with OEM and Tier 1 automotive accounts from RFQ through launch and ongoing management. Responsibilities include pricing, quoting, contract negotiation, revenue and margin performance, customer issue resolution, forecasts, business reviews, CRM tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role leads customer negotiations, supports product launches and engineering changes, manages commercial documentation, represents the company at customer visits and trade events, and mentors junior staff.

Provide administrative and operational HR and EHS support including onboarding, recordkeeping, training coordination, safety inspections, incident reporting and investigations, regulatory compliance, PPE/inventory management, SDS maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Support manufacturing quality by collecting and analyzing process data, performing root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supporting production to reduce defects/scrap/downtime, conducting audits, training staff, preparing SPC and capability reports (Cp/Cpk, MSA), and supporting new product launches (PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, Run-at-Rate).

Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for Class A automotive components. Lead lean and continuous improvement initiatives, perform time studies and line balancing, support launches, maintain process documentation and quality standards, drive OEE and cost improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally on PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and error-proofing.

Support Program Manager by coordinating project schedules, documentation, meetings, and cross-functional communication from award through launch. Track APQP/PPAP deliverables, prototype builds, validation testing, engineering changes, supplier/customer interactions, and project KPIs. Prepare reports, dashboards, status updates, and support risk escalation, launch readiness, and process improvements.

Support the Finance Manager with accounts payable/receivable, invoice and PO matching, reconciliations, month-end close, fixed asset and inventory accounting, chargebacks, production variance analysis, reporting, and audit support while ensuring GAAP and internal control compliance.
