Lead creation and execution of multi-channel marketing for residential real estate projects: build brand identity, generate qualified leads, run PR and media buys, plan events and launches, set up CRM and marketing automation, recruit and lead a marketing team, and collaborate with sales, design, and agencies to optimize product positioning and campaign performance.

Build and manage the company’s accounting and financial reporting systems aligned with UAE and IFRS standards. Oversee daily accounting, financial statements, budgeting, VAT filings, audits, internal controls, and project-level real estate cost tracking. Supervise a small accounting team, liaise with banks and regulators, and provide strategic financial analysis to senior management.

Manage and secure company applications, systems, and databases. Lead system design, implementation, upgrades, vendor negotiations, disaster recovery, and user support. Drive application roadmaps, project delivery, troubleshooting, compliance with licensing, and continuous improvement aligned to business needs.
