Provide corporate legal advice on cross-border M&A, restructurings, redomiciliations and sanctions/regulatory matters. Draft and review transaction documents, conduct legal due diligence, prepare legal opinions, and coordinate closings while working with clients and internal teams on complex corporate matters.

Manage day-to-day HR operations in JAFZA: employee lifecycle documentation, payroll processing, attendance and benefits calculations, visa/work permit liaison, HR filing and compliance with UAE labor law, employee relations support, and preparation of HR reports for audits and management.

Provide high-level business and administrative support, organize complex information, prepare presentations, manage projects, handle financial and operational tasks including Excel data analysis and reporting, coordinate logistics and stakeholder communication.
