Design and build AI-powered products, scalable backend services, and user-facing applications. Own product areas or technical domains end to end, make architectural decisions, collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, and improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience. Deliver high-quality features while using AI-assisted development and proactively driving technical problems to resolution.

Lead end-to-end product design work including user research, low- and high-fidelity design, and prototyping. Collaborate with product and engineering to define roadmaps, de-risk solutions, and support implementation. Use metrics and A/B testing to iterate on UX across web, mobile, email, and browser extensions. Present findings to stakeholders and maintain design documentation and style guides.

Design conversion-focused creatives and experiences across paid social, display, email, web, ecommerce, and organic channels. Create landing pages, checkout flows, promotions, and ad variations for A/B testing. Develop campaign concepts, iterate using performance data, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics, and manage projects from concept through launch to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue.
