Teams at LabWare

Drive new and expansion sales for LabWare laboratory software and services across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, account management, technical demonstrations, proposals, RFP responses, competitive positioning, CRM management, customer requirement input, sales collateral development, and collaboration with global sales teams. The role requires laboratory informatics knowledge, technical selling ability, executive relationship building, and 25–35% overnight interstate travel.

Manages software product implementations from requirements gathering through testing and deployment. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, cost, risk, issue, change control, documentation, customer communication, status reporting, and UAT oversight. The role requires coordinating meetings, managing customer expectations, maintaining test plans and results, and representing LabWare at customer sites. Frequent overnight travel of at least 50% is required.
