As a Territory Sales Manager, you will win new business, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with teams to provide technical solutions in the DACH region and Southern Europe.

The Applications Specialist will provide technical support, deliver training and demos, collaborate with sales and engineering, and support proposals and marketing content.

The Support Engineer will install, maintain, and repair laboratory automation systems, provide customer support, conduct performance testing, and document service activities.

Establish and lead a new central stores function, including warehouse layout, Goods In and Goods Out processes, stock records, audits, material movement, and documented procedures. Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Projects, and Product teams to resolve delivery and inventory issues. Improve material flow, accuracy, traceability, and efficiency while maintaining a safe stores environment and supporting future team recruitment and training.

Lead and develop the HR function and a small HR team for a growing 240-person business. Provide expert guidance to managers, oversee employee relations and employment matters, maintain compliant HR policies and governance, improve processes, and support performance management, employee development, succession planning, talent development, people data, and reporting. The role is fully site-based and reports to the Head of People & Culture.

Lead the creation and delivery of a company-wide L&D strategy: design learning pathways, run workshops and leadership programmes, coach managers, and spend ~25% of time delivering training. Build frameworks and processes to scale learning across a growing technical organisation and influence stakeholders to embed a learning culture.

Lead the design and development of robotic and automation systems, collaborating with teams and clients to drive innovation and deliver projects from concept to completion.

Manage turnkey engineering projects (up to £3m) across the full lifecycle, delivering on time and budget. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, develop proposals, plans, costings and business cases, liaise with customers, and ensure resource allocation and project governance. Occasional international travel required.

Lead development and delivery of software upgrades for Labman automation systems using C#/.NET. Design, maintain, and enhance Windows desktop applications, produce technical documentation, collaborate with engineering teams and customers, and support continuous improvement and innovation.
