Lead development and delivery of software upgrades for Labman automation systems using C#/.NET. Design, maintain, and enhance Windows desktop applications, produce technical documentation, collaborate with engineering teams and customers, and support continuous improvement and innovation.

Develop, maintain, and improve Labman's software systems through the full SDLC using Microsoft C#/.NET and Windows desktop technologies. Mentor junior engineers, support existing applications, contribute to software strategy, processes, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
