Leads client delivery programs across multiple accounts, serving as the primary client contact, communicating status and risks, maintaining accurate systems, and coordinating projects through resolution. Builds partner relationships, identifies account expansion opportunities, develops account plans, leads business reviews, and connects client needs with research teams. Provides leadership reporting, improves operational templates and handoffs, and ensures clients and internal stakeholders remain aligned.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, including SaaS billing, invoicing, collections, aging reviews, dunning, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with sales, customers, order management, revenue, and finance teams to resolve billing issues, improve processes, and ensure accurate bookings, billings, revenue, and cash receipts.

Coordinate interviews, calendars, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics. Manage Greenhouse and Gem workflows, data quality, reports, and dashboards. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and recruiting operations while owning process improvement projects.
