Manage the corporate spend program, including Brex cards, employee expense reports, policy compliance, vendor and subscription tracking, and cardholder records. Monitor transactions, identify unusual or noncompliant spending, resolve missing receipts and categorization issues, and track cloud and compute expenses. Maintain department budget-versus-actual reporting, support recurring spend reports, and ensure accurate card and expense data for month-end close.

Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to scope technical data programs, design pipelines and measurement, write instructions, and ensure data quality. Own hiring, onboarding, staffing, craft standards, tooling for reuse, and cross-functional alignment to keep FDEs focused on high-level technical work and career development.

Manage end-to-end contributor acquisition funnels: source technical profiles, track funnel conversion, fix drop-offs, coordinate with recruiters and partners, manage BPOs/sourcing vendors, and ensure recruits complete onboarding and first tasks. Build scalable processes, dashboards, and screening flows to meet headcount and quality targets for a high-volume AI labeling marketplace.
