Leads client delivery programs across multiple accounts, serving as the primary client contact, communicating status and risks, maintaining accurate systems, and coordinating projects through resolution. Lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to scope technical data programs, design pipelines and measurement, write instructions, and ensure data quality. Own hiring, onboarding, staffing, craft standards, tooling for reuse, and cross-functional alignment to keep FDEs focused on high-level technical work and career development.

The Forward Deployed Research Scientist engages directly with AI labs to develop data strategies, fine-tune models, run experiments, and collaborate on publishing research, all in a fast-paced client-focused setting.

Contract recruiter responsible for precision sourcing and placing highly specialized domain experts (PhDs, researchers, senior practitioners). Run targeted outbound campaigns, build niche pipelines, assess technical depth and communication, guide candidates through recruitment, and earn commission-based placements while working fully remotely and asynchronously.

The role involves designing and maintaining reinforcement learning environments, developing containerized execution environments, managing integrations, and collaborating with data operations for AI training.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer AI deployment programs: scope, technical design, staffing, execution, and unit economics. Coordinate TPMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams; manage margin, risk, timelines, and quality.
