Teams at La-Z-Boy Incorporated

Provides administrative support for a distribution center, stores, customers, vendors, and supervisors. Resolves delivery issues, maintains distribution statistics, surveys customers, reviews delivery routes, and orders and schedules repair parts. Assists walk-in customers with pickup orders while supporting billing, accounting, purchasing, reconciliation, and daily business operations.

Supports the Total Rewards team with compensation analysis, sales incentive and commission reporting, pay data validation, discrepancy resolution, employee inquiries, and compensation process improvements. Partners with HR Business Partners and Payroll, analyzes large datasets, documents processes, assists with HRIS and POS reporting enhancements, and contributes to special projects. The role primarily supports the Retail division and requires confidentiality, accuracy, and strong Excel skills.

Sell furniture, accessories, and services while delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include following the sales process, building customer relationships, supporting interior design consultations, scheduling home consultations, handling orders and payments, maintaining showroom displays, following up with customers, supporting store operations, and assisting with peer training. The role requires meeting sales goals, working varied schedules, and maintaining product and process knowledge.
