Lead up to eight employees through coaching, training, and performance management. Support AP-related projects, reporting, process improvements, audits, and systems including Concur, ApplicationXtender, RMS, and Oracle E1 while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Sell furniture, accessories and services using the La-Z-Boy selling process. Promote and support the Design program, schedule home consultations, provide high-level customer service, process orders and payments, maintain store visuals and cleanliness, support deliveries, assist teammates, meet sales goals, and work evenings/weekends. Training pay and uncapped commission structure offered.

Sells furniture, accessories, and services in a showroom while guiding customers through premium sales and home design consultations. Responsibilities include prospecting, needs discovery, presentations, closing, follow-up, customer issue resolution, order processing, delivery scheduling, showroom upkeep, and supporting peer training. The role requires product knowledge, strong communication and persuasion skills, schedule flexibility, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
