Conduct integrated clinical assessments/interviews for children (0-18) and caregivers in foster placements to determine service needs, complete IA template reports integrating medical, court, and DCFS data, make referrals, communicate with permanency workers and supervisors, participate in supervision, case consultations, training, QA and occasional research activities.

Provide medical nutrition therapy for inpatient and outpatient pediatric patients with complex chronic conditions. Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition including TPN, perform nutrition assessments, counseling, growth monitoring, participate in team rounds and clinics (including telehealth), educate families and staff, coordinate with food service and external specialty teams, and support discharge planning and follow-up.

Prepare and post monthly journal entries, perform month-end close and reconciliations, produce financial reporting and variance analysis, support internal/external audits, recommend process improvements, partner with operations on budgeting and analysis, assist accounts payable and fixed asset accounting, and maintain strong internal controls for hospital operations.

Perform general and portable radiography and EKGs, process and transmit images, ensure patient positioning and safety, maintain department records and equipment, respond to on-call/STAT x-rays, and maintain required certifications and licenses.

Coordinate and administer the Child Passenger Safety program: install and manage special-needs car seats, maintain loan inventory and program database, collect/report IDOT data, provide education/outreach, and ensure PHI compliance.

Perform general and portable radiography and EKGs for pediatric patients, including positioning, image acquisition, processing, and QA. Maintain records, transmit images to PACS/EMR, follow infection control and safety, provide on-call STAT x-ray coverage, and maintain required certifications and licensure.

Manage all plant operations for a 49-bed pediatric hospital including maintenance, engineering, life safety, water management, infection control for construction projects, vendor/biomed oversight, budgeting, preventive maintenance, staff training, and 24-hour facility coverage to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe environment.

Provide trauma-informed psychological services to patients, families; includes therapy, assessments, consultation with medical teams, and supervision of interns.
