Lead billing and coding teams to ensure accurate charge capture, coding, and timely reimbursement. Oversee Meditech and Athena operations during an Epic implementation, ensure Illinois Medicaid and pediatric compliance, manage denials and AR reporting, conduct audits, and liaise between clinical and finance teams to support revenue optimization.

Provides acute medical and preventive care to children. Assesses needs, develops care plans, facilitates education, and consults on pediatric practices.

Provide medical nutrition therapy for inpatient and outpatient pediatric patients with complex chronic conditions. Manage enteral and parenteral nutrition including TPN, perform nutrition assessments, counseling, growth monitoring, participate in team rounds and clinics (including telehealth), educate families and staff, coordinate with food service and external specialty teams, and support discharge planning and follow-up.
