Develops adhesive, structural, and environmental sealing technologies through scientific research and product development. Plans and leads experiments and testing protocols, builds mechanistic understanding of materials and processes, collaborates with internal and external scientists, supports patent and intellectual property activities, maintains laboratory safety and equipment, and may lead technicians and specialists.

Conduct adhesive and composite material testing, benchmarking, product suitability assessments, and manufacturing proofs of concept. Support laboratory equipment procurement, customer technical meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, product design, and manufacturing scale-up. Provide technical recommendations for customer applications, identify product development opportunities, and collaborate with internal R&D and external partners. The role requires hands-on composite processing expertise, customer-facing communication, project coordination, and knowledge of adhesive testing and composite manufacturing methods.

Leads techno-functional analysis and support for Oracle ERP, EDI, labeling, and custom applications. Identifies technology improvements, develops SQL queries, designs and implements application enhancements, coordinates testing and training, documents procedures and IT controls, and supports projects across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing, supply chain, financials, and planning processes.

Administer and improve global IT infrastructure across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery environments. Support cybersecurity operations through vulnerability management, endpoint protection, identity security, incident response coordination, and security hardening. Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, develop PowerShell automation, support upgrades, and participate in on-call rotations and disaster recovery exercises.

Coordinates automotive PPAP submissions, quality documentation, customer portal uploads, measurement system analysis, calibration records, capability studies, supplier PPAP reviews, annual validations, and APQP activities. Reviews prints and specifications, prepares statistical analyses in Minitab, tracks Oracle workflows and KPIs, maintains quality records, and communicates with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Supports process improvements, technical reporting, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Lead global financial strategy, planning, reporting, accounting, treasury, risk management, M&A, and operational finance for a multinational manufacturing company. Advise the CEO and shareholders, optimize costs, cash flow, capital investments, and working capital, ensure global compliance and controls, and build a high-performing finance organization. Significant domestic and international travel is required.

Drives new business development and market expansion across composites and other diversification markets in EMEA. Identifies prospects, develops accounts, negotiates commercial agreements, and commercializes advanced technologies and products. Collaborates with R&D, engineering, operations, and finance to develop business cases, pricing, forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies. Leads cross-functional coordination, manages customer relationships, and monitors profitability, pipeline conversion, sales growth, and time-to-market KPIs.

Develops and manages global technical content, including product documentation, datasheets, application guides, whitepapers, sales materials, digital content, training resources, and PR communications. Translates complex technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging while collaborating with product, engineering, R&D, regional, and communications teams. Supports product launches, maintains content version control, manages a PR agency relationship, and ensures consistent technical messaging and brand alignment.

Develop and manage strategic relationships in the advanced composites market, particularly across aerospace, defense, and industrial segments. Drive revenue through customer acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, negotiations, and complex deal closure. Analyze market trends and competitor activity, support go-to-market and product strategies, forecast pipeline performance, attend industry events, and collaborate with technical, operational, marketing, legal, and business teams to commercialize profitable solutions. Travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.

Leads a research and development team of scientists, analysts, specialists, and technicians advancing new products, materials, and processing methodologies. Oversees technical problem-solving, laboratory activities, technical decisions, cross-functional coordination, safety, equipment, and workspace maintenance. Develops innovative materials and processing concepts while connecting research efforts to commercial goals and global scientific, academic, governmental, competitive, and supplier trends.
