Drives growth and commercialization of engineered fiber and nonwoven material solutions. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, managing sales through commercialization, forecasting revenue, analyzing markets, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, operations, legal, and R&D teams. The role requires technical knowledge of nonwoven materials and manufacturing, technical sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and up to 40% domestic and international travel.

Leads product definition, design, development, validation, industrialization, PPAP, engineering changes, and serial-production support. Owns technical product delivery while coordinating customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Ensures solutions are robust, manufacturable, cost-effective, compliant with requirements, and delivered on schedule. Also manages risks, supports innovation, considers profitability, and develops team talent.

Conduct adhesive and composite material testing, benchmarking, product suitability assessments, and manufacturing proofs of concept. Support laboratory equipment procurement, customer technical meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, product design, and manufacturing scale-up. Provide technical recommendations for customer applications, identify product development opportunities, and collaborate with internal R&D and external partners. The role requires hands-on composite processing expertise, customer-facing communication, project coordination, and knowledge of adhesive testing and composite manufacturing methods.
