Supervise the complete weekly payroll process for approximately 1,000 employees while ensuring compliance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation. Monitor payroll law changes, apply collective agreements and compensation changes, prepare year-end declarations and tax forms, support payroll and expense audits, reconcile general ledger accounts, maintain payroll data integrity, and protect confidential personal information. The role also focuses on optimizing payroll processes and collaborating closely with Human Resources and Finance.

Assists warehouse coordinator with receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping goods. Maintains inventory accuracy in ERP, operates material-handling equipment, participates in cycle counts, ensures cleanliness and safety, and reports damages or discrepancies while collaborating with purchasing, logistics and production.
