Drives group, transient, banquet, and catering revenue for a pre-opening luxury hotel. Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, client relationship building, contract negotiation, forecasting, site tours, event sales, banquet event order coordination, CRM reporting, and partnership with hotel departments and portfolio venues. Mentors sales colleagues, supports market strategy, and ensures seamless event execution while meeting revenue, room-night, and ADR targets.

Provide friendly, professional front-of-house service across cashier, barista, bussing, food running, and guest support. Maintain cleanliness, follow sanitation and alcohol policies, operate POS and coffee equipment, perform opening/closing side work, assist with events, and communicate with guests and team to ensure efficient, safe service.

Hands-on manager responsible for all day-to-day operations of a 4-acre regenerative organic farm supplying hospitality venues. Duties include crop and livestock care, planting, irrigation, pest and soil management, harvesting, packing, equipment maintenance, inventory and delivery coordination, scheduling, recordkeeping, and improving farm operations to maximize yield and product quality.

Provide friendly, efficient front-of-house service including greeting guests, recommending food/wine/coffee, serving beverages, operating POS, bussing, restocking, maintaining cleanliness, assisting events and training, and following safety and liquor laws.

Design and assemble floral arrangements and decor for weddings and events. Process and maintain fresh flowers, clean vases and workspaces, manage inventory, deliver and set up rental items, and tear down after events. Use Aisle Planner and Office tools to follow client invoices and coordinate logistics. Travel occasionally between company properties and work varied schedules including nights and weekends.

Sell and contract events and weddings across Leal properties: prospecting, proposals, contract negotiation, client tours, event coordination, staff management, and marketing support. Track sales in PipeDrive CRM, attend wedding shows, collaborate across departments, and help meet property-wide revenue goals while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
