Provides daily care and safe handling for Highland cattle, mini-Highland cattle, young cattle, a bull, donkey, and other livestock. Responsibilities include feeding, watering, cleaning, grooming, monitoring health and behavior, inspecting enclosures, assisting with training, preparing animals for guest experiences, supporting ranch events, and transporting animals to offsite appearances. The role requires dependable outdoor work, careful observation, consistent safety practices, and warm interaction with guests.

Provide friendly, efficient front-of-house service including greeting guests, recommending food/wine/coffee, serving beverages, operating POS, bussing, restocking, maintaining cleanliness, assisting events and training, and following safety and liquor laws.

Sell and contract events and weddings across Leal properties: prospecting, proposals, contract negotiation, client tours, event coordination, staff management, and marketing support. Track sales in PipeDrive CRM, attend wedding shows, collaborate across departments, and help meet property-wide revenue goals while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
