Provides administrative, accounting, and payroll support for hospitality operations. Duties include payroll preparation in Paycom, tip pool management, invoice and payment processing, reconciliations, deposits, accounts receivable collections, vendor setup, Toast POS maintenance, prevailing wage compliance, certified payroll documentation, event support, and employee communications.

Manages event and wedding sales across multiple hospitality properties, including prospecting, proposals, contract negotiation, property tours, CRM tracking, and revenue growth. Oversees booked-event planning, BEOs, staffing, vendors, client communication, and event execution. Supports marketing through collateral, photography, video, social media, and market research while maintaining guest satisfaction, safety, and service standards.
