Lead design, build and run of a centralized Finance Operations Hub for France then Europe; own P2P, O2C, R2R and Master Data execution; implement KPIs, SLAs and controls; stabilize month-end close; integrate entities, adapt processes for local statutory needs; partner with Finance Transformation on systems and automation; recruit and develop the operations team.

Lead Architectural Design and Application Coordination teams to ensure efficient project execution, operational consistency, and high customer satisfaction. Oversee CAD/3D modelling, technical documentation, CRM administration, project coordination, and training/logistics. Drive process improvement, KPI monitoring, cross-functional alignment, and operational governance to support scalable business growth.
