Lead the mechanical industrialization of new products, bridging R&D and manufacturing operations. Guide product design toward feasible manufacturing solutions, manage industrialization tools and pre-production builds, resolve mechanical and manufacturing issues, oversee subcontractors and supplier improvement initiatives, and ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets. Lead a team of six drafters while defining technical requirements, processes, materials, and manufacturing standards.

Leads supply planning, production scheduling, procurement planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk management for a manufacturing plant. Oversees strategic component availability, production and procurement lead times, OTIF performance, safety stocks, and non-performing inventory. Manages and develops the supply planning team, coordinates with purchasing, suppliers, logistics, production, and global supply operations, and drives KPI monitoring, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

Design and develop mechanical components and sub-assemblies from concept through prototype. Responsibilities include 3D assemblies, BOMs, tolerance and kinematic analyses, GD&T calculations, manufacturing drawings, prototype evaluation, inspections, testing, and validation. The role also collaborates with prototyping and industrialization teams and uses AI-enabled tools to improve technical documentation and CAD workflows.
