Manages and grows automotive and industrial customer accounts, develops sales plans, identifies new business, and expands market presence. The role maintains key relationships, leads contract negotiations, manages forecasts and pipelines, and coordinates with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams. Requires customer-facing sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and travel to customer locations as needed.

Supports the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. Reviews customer requirements, leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions, prepares 8D reports, analyzes SPC and quality data, supports audits and inspections, maintains QMS documentation, participates in design reviews and FAIs, and resolves quality issues in manufacturing and cleanroom environments. The role also supports SAP-based QMS processes, employee training, and customer and supplier quality activities.

Leads the Supply Management department in a manufacturing environment, overseeing supplier selection, purchasing strategy, negotiations, contracts, cost reduction, supply continuity, compliance, budgets, and procurement metrics. Manages buyers and purchasing staff, evaluates suppliers and bids, conducts supplier audits, coordinates production materials and subcontractors, and ensures adherence to quality, environmental, export-control, and regulatory requirements. Requires extensive procurement experience, employee-management experience, SAP and Excel proficiency, and up to 25% travel.
