The Sr RF/MW Engineer develops and tests RF technologies, performs device characterization, analyzes data, leads projects, and collaborates with teams for wireless chipset solutions.

Provide full-cycle HR support for plant and sales employees, managing recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, performance, compliance, and HRIS processes. Act as first point of contact, support onboarding and training, maintain personnel records, assist with audits and reporting, and travel to multiple sites as needed (up to 25%). Ensure confidentiality and ITAR/US-person compliance.
