Identify and engage potential B2B merchants in Finland, present Kustom’s checkout solution via phone/video, pursue sales opportunities, and manage leads through to deal close while working collaboratively from the Stockholm office.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize and automate finance processes, improve month-end close, accounts payable/receivable, internal controls and reporting. Evaluate and implement digital finance solutions, collaborate with Finance, Operations and Technology, and perform hands-on operational accounting as needed to ensure practical, scalable improvements.

Identify and engage potential B2B merchants in the Swedish market, present the checkout product via phone/video, pursue sales opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Own and grow strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms and technology partners to drive merchant acquisition and revenue. Develop joint business plans, co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, track partner performance, negotiate commercial collaborations, and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Merchant Service to enable partner success and influence product strategy.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services for global payment infrastructure. Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design to shape platform architecture and roadmap.

Lead Kustom's AI product and architecture strategy: design AI platform and model routing, prepare data for AI, enable engineering teams, evaluate models/partners, build prototypes, and establish technical standards to drive AI-powered merchant and developer experiences.

Build and maintain checkout user interfaces using modern JavaScript and TypeScript. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers to deliver performant, accessible, and embeddable web components. Contribute to a shared UI library, ensure reliability and observability, champion testing and security, and mentor teammates while influencing frontend technical direction.
