Owns strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives, including integrated campaigns, product launches, go-to-market planning, merchant positioning, audience segmentation, partner initiatives, and performance measurement. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Merchant Operations, strategic partners, agencies, and freelancers to drive commercial growth.

Build and maintain checkout user interfaces using modern JavaScript and TypeScript. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers to deliver performant, accessible, and embeddable web components. Contribute to a shared UI library, ensure reliability and observability, champion testing and security, and mentor teammates while influencing frontend technical direction.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services for global payment infrastructure. Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and collaborate with Product and Design to shape platform architecture and roadmap.

Lead Kustom's AI product and architecture strategy: design AI platform and model routing, prepare data for AI, enable engineering teams, evaluate models/partners, build prototypes, and establish technical standards to drive AI-powered merchant and developer experiences.
