Teams at Kuro

Drive Kuro’s commercial growth through prospecting, targeted outreach, lead qualification, relationship building, product demonstrations, POCs, proposals, and commercial discussions. Maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, improve sales processes, identify automation opportunities, coordinate customer-facing initiatives, and provide market and product feedback while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the founding GTM manager.

Own and expand relationships with Kuro’s largest enterprise customers, build strategic account plans, run upsell opportunities, and establish the company’s key account management function. The role involves partnering with C-level stakeholders, shaping pricing and packaging, creating scalable account-management processes, and translating customer feedback into product priorities. Candidates should bring enterprise software sales experience, strong commercial discipline, and fluency in German and English.

Set technical direction for Kuro’s applied AI platform, mentor engineers, define engineering standards, and build end-to-end customer-facing AI features. Own architecture, model and retrieval decisions, evaluations, error analysis, workflow infrastructure, human review tools, construction ontology, entity resolution, document ingestion, and enterprise integrations. The role requires full-stack ownership across databases, backend, AI systems, and UI while working onsite with a small Berlin-based team.
