Teams at Kuro

Own end-to-end AI automation use cases for enterprise construction customers: scope problems, build LLM/vision/embedding-based pipelines, ingest and validate documents, codify reusable templates, and ship production-ready solutions while working onsite with customers and shaping product direction.

Lead and execute Kuro's technical vision, build and mentor a senior engineering team, architect scalable data and AI platforms (document ingestion, semantic search, 3D integration), make full‑stack and infrastructure decisions, and represent engineering in product, customer, and investor interactions.

Work directly with the CEO to build Kuro's finance and operational backbone: investor reporting, budgeting, invoicing, revenue operations, accounting/payroll, and scalable automated finance workflows while supporting strategic planning and cross-company operational initiatives.
