Lead thought leader engagement strategy for KOMZIFTI in R/R NPM1-mutant AML, including OL mapping, advocacy development, insight generation, speaker bureau, advisory boards, and congress strategy. Partner cross-functionally to translate field observations into strategic commercial recommendations, manage vendors and speaker programs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure regulatory compliance. Role requires driving physician engagement and advocacy to support brand objectives; travel up to 30%.

Lead Finance and Procurement business systems (Coupa, NetSuite) including roadmap, integrations, lifecycle management, SOX/ITGC controls, process optimization, UAT, vendor management, and cross-functional change management to ensure secure, compliant, scalable platforms and strong user adoption.
