Manages enterprise applications, including implementation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, security, and user support. Partners with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technology solutions, develop roadmaps, optimize processes, and deliver digital enablement initiatives. Coordinates projects, requirements, testing, training, vendors, and system governance while ensuring data integrity, compliance with SOX and GxP requirements, documentation, validation, and audit readiness.

Leads the Quality Unit and enterprise GxP Quality System across clinical, laboratory, manufacturing, pharmacovigilance, commercial, and post-approval activities. Oversees product disposition, supplier and contract organization quality, inspections, complaints, recalls, investigations, data integrity, risk management, and continuous improvement. Provides executive-level quality leadership, manages personnel and budgets, supports regulatory submissions and launches, and ensures compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Leads enterprise IT strategy, portfolio management, AI governance and enablement, cybersecurity initiatives, change management, communications, GxP validation and audit readiness. Oversees IT governance, operating-model improvements, budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Partners with executives and business system owners to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, support regulated systems, and drive digital transformation across the biotechnology organization.
