Manages shortage, damage, transportation, vendor charge-back, and carrier claims from initiation through resolution. Investigates liability, coordinates settlements and recoveries, maintains documentation, analyzes transportation and 3PL performance data, and supports inventory recalls, corrective actions, reporting, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations.

Interns will complete a capstone project and present solutions to executive leadership. The 10-week program runs June 1 through August 7, 2026, at Kubota’s Grapevine, Texas office.

Design, develop, validate, and maintain guidance, navigation, control, automation, and autonomy systems for off-highway vehicles. Develop model-based control and navigation algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink for embedded real-time platforms, document implementations, conduct simulation and integration testing, and support vehicle control product innovation. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional prototype vehicle testing in office, workshop, and field environments.

Leads and mentors software engineers developing embedded autonomy systems for agriculture and construction machinery. Oversees vehicle automation architecture, sense-plan-act pipelines, software integration, requirements alignment, project delivery, vendors, technical documentation, demonstrations, and intellectual property. Requires hands-on embedded software expertise, management experience, and knowledge of localization, controls, and sensor integration. Occasional prototype testing and travel are required.

Manages information security and data privacy compliance programs, including regulatory monitoring, audits, investigations, policy development, risk assessments, incident analysis, training, reporting, and executive governance. Partners with Information Systems, Legal, Compliance, HR, business leaders, and vendors to implement controls, maintain security and privacy standards, assess SAP access controls, and improve program maturity.

Provides corporate legal oversight for product liability lawsuits, accidents, defective product claims, and related investigations. Advises management on resolution strategies, coordinates outside counsel, supports litigation, discovery, depositions, trials, and mediations, and collaborates with engineering on technical defense strategies. Reviews product materials for industry-standard compliance, supports risk reduction initiatives, and manages legal documentation and incident databases. Extensive travel and knowledge of agricultural, construction, turf, and utility equipment are required.

Manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align hiring with workforce needs, develops talent attraction strategies, maintains candidate relationships, ensures legal and policy compliance, and tracks recruiting metrics. The role also improves recruiting workflows, supports organizational changes and high-volume hiring, and uses ATS and sourcing platforms to build qualified candidate pipelines.

Manage demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory levels, and service-parts planning to balance fill rates, customer service, and inventory investment. Lead new-model launch readiness, analyze demand trends and part data, maintain planning parameters, and optimize early-life, high-volume, slow-moving, and end-of-life parts. Produce reports and detailed analyses while providing supply-chain guidance to cross-functional teams.

Develops supply chain and logistics solutions through data analysis, process mapping, inventory analysis, capacity planning, and process improvement. Redesigns transportation and distribution processes, applies Lean Six Sigma and statistical process controls, establishes performance measures, and manages projects. Collaborates with supply chain and distribution center leaders to implement efficient solutions and presents recommendations to management.

Supports claims operations through payment reconciliation, salvage and recovery tracking, dealer licensing audits, commission processing, reporting, claims administration, correspondence management, and SOP development. Resolves operational and customer issues, maintains claims and agreement records, assists with compliance activities, and supports employee training and workflow improvements.

Leads Kubota’s national accounts business, overseeing sales, business development, government expansion, and operations. Drives profitability, account growth, rental program optimization, remarketing, asset disposal, collections, and customer satisfaction. Establishes performance metrics, strengthens partner relationships, and coordinates cross-functional execution. Requires extensive sales or business development experience, leadership capability, strategic planning, negotiation skills, and 50–60% travel.
