Manages shortage, damage, transportation, vendor charge-back, and carrier claims from initiation through resolution. Investigates liability, coordinates settlements and recoveries, maintains documentation, analyzes transportation and 3PL performance data, and supports inventory recalls, corrective actions, reporting, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations.

Supports new product introduction supply chain activities by sourcing materials, components, and suppliers; negotiating contracts and pricing; issuing purchase orders; managing inventory and material requirements; coordinating production readiness and supplier transitions; and tracking delivery, quality, cost, and supply risks. Collaborates with engineering, product management, finance, operations, quality, and contract manufacturers from development through pilot builds and product launch.

Summer interns will work onsite on predictive modeling for connected agricultural machines, with a focus on data analytics and engineering. Responsibilities include developing professional, communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Interns will complete a capstone project and present solutions to executive leadership. The 10-week program runs June 1 through August 7, 2026, at Kubota’s Grapevine, Texas office.
