Develops management reports, dashboards, KPI analyses, and business cases; identifies trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; supports cost-reduction initiatives, product launches, and strategic decision-making. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to improve profitability, data integrity, reporting consistency, and operational performance.

Owns the technical development and lifecycle management of automotive components and systems. Responsibilities include product design, engineering documentation, validation testing, customer technical communication, production support, APQP, DFMEA, PPAP, engineering change management, and continuous improvement. The role applies DFM/DFA principles, supports product launches, resolves quality and manufacturing issues, and ensures compliance with OEM requirements, IATF 16949, regulatory obligations, and internal standards.

Develops automotive product designs for pedal modules, sensors, and electronic throttle controls. Creates CAD models, renderings, drawings, prototypes, and design presentations while evaluating ergonomics, usability, packaging, tolerances, and manufacturability. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, styling, customers, vendors, and testing teams to refine designs, resolve issues, and maintain accurate product data. Requires English and German fluency, automotive product design experience, and willingness to travel in the US and Europe.

Leads business development in China by researching markets, acquiring customers, managing relationships, creating growth plans and KPIs, developing quotes and commercial proposals, presenting products, arranging meetings, and reporting performance to management. The role focuses on automotive customers, sales growth, new product introductions, and long-term customer partnerships.

Leads innovative automotive product concepts from ideation through commercialization handoff. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, developing and validating prototypes, coordinating internal teams and external partners, managing project timelines and budgets, engaging customers, supporting intellectual property strategy, and preparing technical and marketing handoff materials. The role also promotes health, safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
