Supports Sales and Account Management by processing customer orders, reviewing purchase orders, maintaining pricing and commercial records, managing customer communications, and ensuring accurate documentation in an automotive manufacturing environment. Provides administrative support to the VP of Sales, coordinates meetings, travel, customer visits, and events, manages German and English correspondence, welcomes visitors, supports onboarding, and collaborates with international sales teams on process improvements.

Supports corporate financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across global manufacturing operations. Develops management reports, dashboards, KPI analyses, and business cases; identifies trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; supports cost-reduction initiatives, product launches, and strategic decision-making. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to improve profitability, data integrity, reporting consistency, and operational performance.

Owns the technical development and lifecycle management of automotive components and systems. Responsibilities include product design, engineering documentation, validation testing, customer technical communication, production support, APQP, DFMEA, PPAP, engineering change management, and continuous improvement. The role applies DFM/DFA principles, supports product launches, resolves quality and manufacturing issues, and ensures compliance with OEM requirements, IATF 16949, regulatory obligations, and internal standards.
