Perform audits, reviews, compilations, and other attest engagements; prepare and analyze financial statements; supervise small engagement teams; communicate findings with supervisors and clients; maintain knowledge of accounting and audit standards; manage multiple clients and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Provide technical accounting and audit guidance, perform report quality reviews, research and document complex GAAP and auditing issues, support inspections and quality management, develop training and technical resources, and advise engagement teams on technical, risk, and independence matters.

Lead actuarial workstreams for regulatory financial condition examinations of life and A&H insurers. Evaluate statutory reserves, PBR frameworks, models, assumptions, reinsurance, and policy/rate filings. Produce defensible conclusions, coordinate actuarial testing, prepare examination reports, manage budgets/timelines, and advise clients and examination teams on actuarial governance and controls.

Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy- and sell-side transactions: analyze financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, and deal drivers. Prepare databooks and diligence reports, identify risks/opportunities, lead management meetings, supervise and develop associates, apply GAAP knowledge, and support engagement planning and practice development.

Prepare and review complex tax returns, perform diversified tax assignments, assist in engagement planning, mentor staff, suggest tax planning ideas, and ensure work quality, deadlines, and client service under manager/partner direction.

Design, implement, and support hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure including virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), servers, AD, containers, IaC, monitoring, security, automation, and disaster recovery. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teammates, document systems, support after-hours implementations, and travel for client engagements.

Lead multiple not-for-profit audit engagements (including single audits under Uniform Guidance) from planning through delivery.
