Analyze commercial and multifamily real estate projects using construction knowledge to prepare cost estimates, perform cost allocations, review building documentation, and identify tax and energy-efficiency incentives. Communicate with clients and travel to property sites to verify project details and support deliverables. Work alongside engineering and tax professionals; training provided.

Lead and supervise tax engagements, maintain client relationships year-round, review and prepare complex tax returns, train and evaluate staff, manage staffing and scheduling, handle tax examinations and client representation, prepare client invoices, and stay current on tax legislation and firm standards.

Lead and develop a tax team, provide technical tax guidance, review tax returns and deliverables, manage multiple client engagements and governmental exams, and support practice growth through client relationship development.
