Supports tax due diligence and M&A advisory engagements by analyzing tax documents, drafting reports, conducting technical research, and assisting with client projects. The internship provides hands-on public accounting experience, exposure to real transactions, and interaction with Partners. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree, have at least junior-year standing, demonstrate strong academics and tax interest, and possess analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Supports IT risk advisory, attestation, internal audit, cybersecurity, and financial audit engagements. Evaluates IT and business controls, tests and documents evidence, prepares workpapers, communicates findings, supports risk assessments, and coordinates with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a hybrid environment.

Supports valuation engagements through financial analysis, modeling, company and industry research, valuation report preparation, and workflow oversight. The Analyst gathers project information, uses valuation data resources, and collaborates with managers, directors, and partners across various industries. The role requires strong analytical, communication, research, multitasking, and deadline-management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
