Coordinate weekly workload planning and scheduling for tax teams, maintain accurate staffing and schedule data, monitor utilization, resolve staffing conflicts, prepare resource planning reports, and support onboarding and integration of new hires.

Leads KSM’s AI and automation practice, overseeing client engagements from discovery through production. Responsibilities include solution strategy, delivery quality, budgets, governance, platform selection, go-to-market execution, sales, partner management, and practice development. The role also builds service offerings, drives measurable client outcomes, develops executive relationships, and mentors team members while scaling an entrepreneurial AI and data consulting pillar.

Participate in public accounting internships involving tax training, client engagements, technical development, and hands-on application of accounting principles. Collaborate with colleagues and clients across industries while developing professional communication and teamwork skills. Successful interns may be considered for full-time Associate Accountant positions.
