Manages full-cycle recruiting for multi-state distribution centers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offers, applicant tracking, background checks, onboarding, and candidate communication. Partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to define workforce needs, improve retention, support employment branding, and develop recruitment strategies. Maintains hiring documentation, advises managers throughout the process, and assists with training and recruiting projects.

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications, provide product and pricing information, process orders, maintain customer records, troubleshoot inquiries, and coordinate with sales. The role requires strong customer service, communication, computer, multitasking, and organizational skills in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities also include learning Salesforce, following up with customers, identifying upselling opportunities, and supporting flexible schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including high-volume invoice processing, vendor record maintenance, payment preparation, three-way matching, reconciliations, accruals, aging reports, and month-end close support. Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with vendors and internal departments. The role also supports process improvements and requires accurate posting to general ledger accounts, cost centers, and accounting periods.

Manages inbound ocean freight from origin through final delivery, including container scheduling, tracking, customs release, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, carrier relationships, RFPs, contract negotiations, and invoice approvals. Monitors shipment ETAs, resolves disruptions, maintains import documentation and databases, analyzes market trends, and coordinates with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, distribution centers, transportation providers, and international offices.

Supports the Corporate Controller with financial reporting, general ledger management, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and accounting process improvements. The role investigates discrepancies, maintains accurate financial records, uses ERP and reporting tools, collaborates with the CFO and Controller, and may supervise or guide junior accounting staff.
