Leads the general insurance underwriting function across all major lines of business. Defines strategy, manages portfolio risk and profitability, strengthens risk assessment frameworks, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives analytics-enabled underwriting transformation. The role also develops underwriting talent and engages with reinsurers, brokers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to improve market positioning and sustainable growth.

Develop original creative concepts and lead art direction across digital, social, print, video, events, and marketing communications. Translate briefs into visually compelling campaigns, establish visual direction, supervise creative execution, maintain brand consistency, analyze competitors and industry trends, and present ideas to stakeholders. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video teams, marketers, and agencies while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
