Own and improve R&D laboratory operations: setup and organization, inventory and component catalogue management, procurement, SOP development, equipment maintenance and calibration, budget tracking, and safety/compliance. Collaborate with engineering teams to forecast needs and ensure timely availability of components, tools, and consumables.

Design and develop mechanical subsystems from concept to production for unmanned systems. Create 3D CAD models and 2D production drawings, perform tolerance/structural/thermal analysis, select materials and manufacturing processes, integrate mechanical designs with electronics, support prototyping, testing, and supplier/manufacturing collaboration, and maintain BOMs and revision-controlled documentation.

Design and integrate digital, analog, and power circuits and PCBs for unmanned systems. Coordinate PCB layout, select components, collaborate on thermal and shielding, build and debug prototypes, perform testing, and maintain BOMs and technical documentation. Apply DFM/DFT principles and troubleshoot lab prototypes through product lifecycle.

Support sourcing and procurement of technical components for development and manufacturing: translate engineering requirements into sourcing strategies, manage suppliers, process purchase orders and contracts, ensure material availability, analyze spend, and support inventory optimization and procurement analytics.

Lead new product introduction by designing and validating manufacturing and assembly processes, developing SOPs, performing PFMEA and root-cause analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, selecting tools/fixtures/test equipment, and driving continuous improvement to move products from concept to volume production.

Own supply chain for prototyping: partner with engineering to identify long-lead items, source custom low-volume components from global suppliers, set up logistics, manage procurement budgets, analyze costs, negotiate pricing and lead times, develop readiness plans to scale prototypes, and engineer contingencies for supply disruptions.

Lead end-to-end hardware development: architecture, digital/analog/power circuit design, PCB architecture and layout, simulations, prototyping, debugging, validation, production support, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers while coordinating cross-functional integration.

Lead end-to-end hardware development including digital, analog, and power circuit design, PCB layout, prototype validation, debugging, and production release. Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams on integration, thermal management, shielding, and DFM/DFT. Produce schematics, BOMs, test reports, and mentor junior engineers while resolving hardware issues and optimizing designs.

Lead RF hardware design and delivery including PAs, LNAs, filters, and frequency converters. Oversee requirements, simulation, testing, documentation, and production support. Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary RF team and drive technical decision-making and innovation.
