Lead new product introduction by designing and validating manufacturing and assembly processes, developing SOPs, performing PFMEA and root-cause analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, selecting tools/fixtures/test equipment, and driving continuous improvement to move products from concept to volume production.

Ensure the quality and reliability of embedded software across microcontroller systems and single-board computers. Provide day-to-day IT support by managing tickets, deploying and maintaining devices, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, administering user accounts and permissions, and supporting onboarding and offboarding. Develop automation scripts, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with developers, researchers, and cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise across Windows, Linux, cloud, virtualization, networking, monitoring, scripting, and version control technologies.

Owns full-cycle recruitment for engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, and hands-on technical roles. Partners with hiring managers and technical leads on hiring strategies, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, manages pipelines, supports sourcing, tracks recruitment metrics, and delivers a strong candidate experience. Builds long-term talent pipelines for prototyping, product development, manufacturing, and production teams while anticipating future hiring needs.

Designs and develops RF hardware including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, filters, frequency converters, and related circuitry. Performs RF calculations, simulations, measurements, system testing, documentation, and product-performance validation. Supports development from requirements generation through research, production, and customer-focused design decisions. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and contributes to an innovative RF engineering team.

Manage front-office reception, visitor and communication handling, workplace administration, office supplies, deliveries, suppliers, catering, maintenance, repairs, facilities coordination, and employee support. Ensure the office remains organized, presentable, professional, and functional while independently identifying needs and resolving day-to-day workplace issues.
