Coordinate candidate and employee onboarding, including interview visits, first-day activities, schedules, documentation, records, check-ins, welcome materials, and relocation support in the Netherlands. Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Marketing, IT, managers, and external vendors. Track onboarding metrics, resolve issues, and improve workflows through standardization, automation, and clearer documentation.

Develop and maintain embedded software test methodologies, infrastructure, test plans, fixtures, and automated regression environments. Execute functional, integration, system, hardware-software integration, and release validation testing across firmware, FPGA code, and hardware. Investigate defects, reproduce hardware-software issues, document results, establish requirements traceability, and improve product testability through diagnostics and instrumentation. Collaborate with software and hardware teams while supporting CI/CD quality processes.

Leads manufacturing and new product introduction projects for compact, high-performance UAV and wireless communication systems. Responsibilities include managing budgets, resources, risks, roadmaps, design reviews, cross-functional collaboration, engineering-to-manufacturing handoffs, technical roadmaps, proposals, and business capture activities. The role requires expertise in hardware or electronic manufacturing, assembly, testing, supply chain, quality standards, and project leadership.
