Manage all operations at a wood recycling centre, including staffing, resource allocation, facility maintenance, waste processing, compliance, budgets, reporting, and customer and supplier relationships. Lead and develop operatives, enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, optimise recycling processes, resolve operational issues, and promote sustainable waste management. The role also requires supporting other sites with a valid driving licence.

Summer internship providing hands-on training, mentoring, and project experience across technical and commercial functions at a wood panel manufacturing facility. Interns may support operations, maintenance, finance, HR, logistics, purchasing, sales, or marketing while developing problem-solving, communication, analytical, and process-improvement skills.

Manage HR administration and end-to-end monthly payroll, including inputs, benefits, deductions, statutory reporting, onboarding, and offboarding. Respond to employee and manager inquiries, maintain personnel records, support recruiting and applicant management, ensure labor-law compliance, assist audits, prepare reports, and improve HR and payroll processes. Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure accurate data flow.
