Leads monitoring, optimization, maintenance support, energy balancing, and process parameter adjustment for energy production facilities. Supervises safe team operations, supports boiler commissioning and operator training, assists the Energy Manager with production objectives, and prepares monthly reports. Also develops R&D strategies, manages external research collaborations, and implements process-improvement initiatives to improve production quality and efficiency.

Supports daily despatch operations across the office, yard, and warehouse. Coordinates HGV and forklift drivers, schedules and tracks outbound deliveries, prepares delivery documentation, maintains accurate dispatch records, checks paperwork, resolves discrepancies, and communicates with warehouse, sales, drivers, and customers to ensure safe, on-time, in-full deliveries.

Package and label paper products through strapping, wrapping, inspection, and data entry into the company operations system. Transport materials using a forklift, maintain safe product handling, and assist maintenance personnel with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The role requires operating tools and heavy machinery, reading technical instructions, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and stairs, and working in varying temperatures.
