Teams at Kronospan

Lead UK specification strategy and a team of Regional Specification Managers to drive specifications for Kronospan products. Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors and distributors, provide technical guidance, manage projects from specification to completion, deliver presentations/CPDs, maintain CRM and reporting, and generate demand that converts into sales through the distribution network.

Operate and support wood panel manufacturing processes across shift patterns, maintaining production standards, safety, and efficiency. Participate in training, follow health and safety procedures, and help optimize plant and machinery to meet customer quality expectations and production targets.

Lead month- and year-end close, prepare journals, reconciliations and consolidated financial statements, own Board and group reporting, manage Capex/fixed assets and loan schedules, coordinate external audits, ensure audit readiness and drive control improvements.
