Oversee daily process operations and supervise Process Technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Coordinate with Maintenance to minimise downtime, lead continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma, 5S), conduct root cause analysis on deviations, monitor KPIs, drive quality and HS&E compliance, provide training/coaching, and implement corrective actions to standardise processes and improve performance.

Lead and manage daily operation and maintenance of the on-site energy centre (biomass boilers and CHP), ensuring continuous heat and power supply, regulatory compliance, safety, team leadership, contractor oversight, performance monitoring, cost control, and delivery of efficiency and decarbonisation initiatives.

Create and maintain weekly/daily production schedules, manage inventory and material availability, raise purchase orders, analyse consumption, prepare reports, and liaise with Production, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and compliance with company standards.
