The Analyst will assist the Compliance Consulting practice with electronic surveillance monitoring, client support, and compliance reporting, while coordinating with external vendors and staying updated on SEC guidance.

Support restructuring and insolvency engagements by performing financial analysis, cashflow review, drafting business reviews and statutory documents, managing case administration, assisting asset sales and investigations, and liaising with stakeholders to maximize creditor returns.
