Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using economic, statistical, and econometric methods to support competition, regulatory, and commercial dispute matters. Review economic literature, case law, and market evidence; prepare client presentations, reports, and expert deliverables; contribute to project strategy; participate in client discussions; and ensure analytical quality. The role requires collaboration with economists and industry experts while clearly communicating complex findings in English and German.

Supports business valuation engagements through industry and market research, financial modeling, valuation analysis, client data collection, and preparation of presentations and proposals. Assignments include enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, intellectual property, stock options, impairment testing, transactions, financial instruments, and dispute consulting. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage confidential information and multiple assignments.

Designs, builds, tests, and deploys generative AI solutions for commercial and go-to-market teams. Develops prompts, workflows, proof-of-concepts, and prompt libraries; translates business needs into practical AI applications across ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, and Microsoft Copilot. Partners with stakeholders, evaluates emerging tools, supports adoption and training, troubleshoots outputs, documents best practices, and collaborates with technology, security, and governance teams on compliant implementation.
