Leads strategic planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and delivery of complex technology programs across infrastructure, networking, desktop engineering, service desk, and DevOps. Responsibilities include developing project plans and charters, coordinating stakeholders, managing dependencies and milestones, overseeing application implementation and release management, tracking financial performance, reporting progress, and improving project-management processes.

Lead valuation and modeling of complex derivatives and illiquid instruments using Monte Carlo, binomial trees, option pricing, and securitisation waterfall models. Manage client engagements and a team of junior quants, produce technical reports, and implement models using Excel/VBA, Python, C#/C++, and vendor tools like Bloomberg and Numerix.

Provides commercial legal support for a B2B SaaS organization, leading complex enterprise negotiations and drafting agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on contracts, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, data governance, and technology matters. Develops legal templates, playbooks, governance frameworks, compliance programs, and risk mitigation strategies while supporting product launches and partnerships. Manages outside counsel and improves legal operations, processes, and technology. The role is hybrid in Toronto and reports to the Chief Counsel.
