The Associate/Associate Director will assist in credit research, develop analytical tools, and lead the credit rating process for funds.

Supports full-cycle recruiting by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing requisitions, communicating with candidates, maintaining Greenhouse records, tracking pipelines, preparing reports, and improving recruiting processes. The role initially supports senior recruiters and gradually assumes independent requisition management in a hybrid New York office schedule.

Ten-week summer internship supporting corporate, financial, and government credit rating teams. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, assisting with surveillance and deal workflows, preparing credit committee materials, testing analytical models, developing sample credit reports, and presenting mock transactions. Interns will also complete a capstone project and present findings to senior staff. The role requires finance-related academic study, Excel proficiency, analytical ability, communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and collaboration.
