The CMBS / CRE Research Associate supports research and data analysis in commercial real estate, producing reports and insights to inform ratings and market trends.

As a CMBS/CRE Research Associate, you will develop research publications, analyze datasets, and produce reports in commercial real estate and structured finance.

Provide front-of-house and office administration for the London office, manage supplies, vendors and facilities, coordinate and support internal and external events (logistics, catering, shipping, badges), assist meeting and diary management, and support sustainability and ad hoc office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and event execution.
