Conduct manual functional, regression, usability, performance, and basic security testing across web and mobile applications. Supports AML and KYC operations, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, suspicious activity investigations, documentation remediation, and regulatory reporting. The role also assists with compliance testing, regulatory projects, policy updates, and firm-wide AML and compliance training while coordinating with relationship managers, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Leads the full lifecycle of commercial, investment, partnership, vendor, and cross-border transactions. Drafts, negotiates, and finalizes agreements; advises on financial services, corporate, privacy, and IP matters; supports new investment products and business lines; conducts due diligence; manages regulatory documentation; and tracks legal developments across jurisdictions.
