Designs, codes, integrates, and tests embedded software and hardware features for aircraft avionics products. Develops architectures, software requirements, test procedures, and verification plans; troubleshoots hardware and software; supports system integration, validation, and effectiveness analysis. Collaborates with architects and defense customers, contributes technical improvements, communicates project status, and leads smaller integration efforts. Requires C/C++ proficiency, embedded systems knowledge, Linux experience, and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Perform structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS/ICEPAK, validate mechanical designs, and support design/build of rugged electromechanical components. Produce CAD drawings (GD&T/DFM), collaborate with systems/electrical teams and government engineers, and ensure compliance with military environmental and EMI/EMC requirements.
