Ensures compliance with environmental, health, safety, quality, cleanroom, and manufacturing standards, including audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, standardized work, and corrective actions.

Designs mixed-signal PCBs and embedded electrical systems for subsea robotics and sensing platforms. Responsibilities include electrical architecture, power and signal integrity, extreme-environment validation, prototype-to-production development, field deployment support, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and applying relevant codes and standards. The role requires troubleshooting noise, distortion, crosstalk, grounding, and EMI/EMC issues.

Design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded firmware for marine sensor platforms, including real-time control, navigation, telemetry, data logging, power management, and communications. The role involves hardware integration, HIL testing, diagnostics, technical documentation, and occasional field deployments or sea trials. Candidates collaborate across engineering teams and support firmware from concept through deployment.

Supports integrated logistics analysis, including reliability, FMECA, maintenance, repair-level, lifecycle-cost, and sparing analyses. Own features throughout the software development lifecycle, participate in code reviews, collaborate with product and hardware teams, improve automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, analyze requirements, and maintain technical documentation. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to reliable, high-quality software delivery in a distributed team.
