Designs, analyzes, documents, tests, and supports manufacturing of autonomous launch and recovery systems and other subsea products. Responsibilities span the full mechanical engineering lifecycle, including CAD design, FEA, design reviews, build instructions, production support, supplier coordination, field support, and regulatory compliance. The engineer leads mechanical work packages, collaborates cross-functionally, supports project planning, manages product data, and mentors engineers and technologists.

Leads offshore and onshore subsea LiDAR survey projects, including system integration, calibration, deployment, real-time operations, point-cloud processing, quality validation, and client deliverables. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, client training, and project liaison services. Collaborates on structural, vessel offset, nuclear, and high-precision measurement projects. Requires global travel, offshore work, and maintaining relevant certifications.

Provides high-level administrative support to multiple geographically distributed senior executives. Responsibilities include managing communications and calendars, preparing polished documents and briefings, coordinating travel, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and serving as a primary contact for stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, discretion, proactive problem-solving, research, communication, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
