Leads the Finance function for a business unit, overseeing financial strategy, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, compliance, audits, risk management, project costing, profitability tracking, and commercial decision support. Advises leadership on financial planning and growth, manages P&L and cash flow performance, and leads and develops a geographically distributed finance team in a matrixed, project-driven environment.

Design and validate mixed-signal PCB and electrical systems for subsea battery and robotic products. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, power and embedded control architecture, prototype testing, troubleshooting signal integrity and EMI/EMC issues, and guiding products from concept through production and field deployment. The role collaborates across engineering disciplines and mentors junior engineers while addressing extreme underwater operating conditions.

Designs, analyzes, documents, tests, and supports manufacturing of autonomous launch and recovery systems and other subsea products. Responsibilities span the full mechanical engineering lifecycle, including CAD design, FEA, design reviews, build instructions, production support, supplier coordination, field support, and regulatory compliance. The engineer leads mechanical work packages, collaborates cross-functionally, supports project planning, manages product data, and mentors engineers and technologists.
