Provides administrative and coordination support across People & Culture programs, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, employee records, HR systems, payroll and benefits administration, compliance tracking, employee engagement, probation management, and absence management. Responds to routine employee inquiries, maintains confidential documentation, supports employee relations processes, and escalates complex matters to the People & Culture Business Partner.

Owns and improves the organization’s Integrated Business Planning capability across a multinational matrix environment. The role aligns strategic priorities, demand, resource capacity, operational plans, and financial forecasts. Responsibilities include resource and capacity planning, demand forecasting, scenario modeling, governance, executive decision support, and continuous process improvement. The manager partners with FP&A, People & Culture, and business leaders to identify risks, optimize resources, and support integrated planning and business performance.

The People & Culture Business Partner supports leaders and employees across employee relations, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compliance, and employee experience. Responsibilities include coaching managers, resolving workplace concerns, managing absence cases, supporting compensation and talent processes, analyzing HR metrics, facilitating change initiatives, and applying employment policies and regulations. The role also contributes to organizational development, employee forums, training, succession planning, and lifecycle activities.
