Design, develop, and integrate embedded electrical systems and PCBs for defense products. Lead schematic and PCB layout, perform signal integrity, power and thermal design, testing, failure analysis, and field support. Own operational execution of customer orders from purchase order through shipment. Serve as primary liaison between Strategic Partnerships, Operations, and customers; coordinate delivery schedules, monitor milestones, identify and escalate risks, manage customer communications, maintain CRM data, track delivery KPIs, and drive cross-functional improvements to fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
