Design, develop, and integrate embedded electrical systems and PCBs for defense products. Lead schematic and PCB layout, perform signal integrity, power and thermal design, testing, failure analysis, and field support. Mentor junior engineers, maintain documentation and revision control, ensure compliance with MIL-STDs and industry standards, and support prototyping and qualification.

Coordinate and drive execution of complex defense hardware development and production programs. Establish project structure, track schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; maintain dashboards and reports; facilitate cross-functional communication and program reviews; support proposals and leadership briefings; improve lightweight PM practices.

Provide Tier 1-2 on-site device and Microsoft 365 support, manage device lifecycle (imaging, configuration, retirement) across Windows/macOS/iOS, maintain documentation, onboard/offboard hardware, enforce security baselines, escalate infrastructure or security issues, and train/coordinate support staff.
