Perform PCB layout for digital, analog, mixed-signal, power, and safety-critical electronics. Create and maintain footprints and libraries, produce fabrication/assembly outputs, support DFM/DFT/DFA, work with engineers and vendors, participate in design reviews, manage ECOs and configuration-controlled releases, and help establish ECAD standards and workflows.

Develop, debug, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems. Support board bring-up, hardware debugging, peripheral interfaces, test automation, production programming, and system-level troubleshooting. Contribute to firmware architecture, development processes, documentation, and verification activities in coordination with electrical, systems, and test engineers.

Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System for defense manufacturing. Manage inspections, FAI/FAIR, NDT, MRB, CAPA, supplier quality, audits, calibration, certifications, and quality records. Build and lead the quality team while initially executing inspection, compliance, and corrective action tasks.
